AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and NEUCELLE, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using the NEUCELLE website and purchasing products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and should discontinue immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the NEUCELLE website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of NEUCELLE or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. NEUCELLE is not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Customs or border issues
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Unforeseen circumstances

Shipping risk transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. Orders ship within 2-5 business days. International shipping may take 7-21 business days.

LIMITED WARRANTY

NEUCELLE products come with a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:
- Device malfunctions due to manufacturing defects
- Mechanical failure under normal use

This warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Water damage (unless device is waterproof)
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

To claim warranty coverage, contact support@neucelle.com with proof of purchase and description of defect.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." NEUCELLE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT

NEUCELLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEUCELLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE

EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

- Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
